We develop, own, and currently operate a variety of hotel properties across the region including a Hampton Inn and Suites™, Holiday Inn Express®, Fairfield Inn & Suites ® TownPlace Suites® and Home2Suites by Hilton®. The Carstaphen and Brittain families began working together in the 1970’s. The Norman family joined the collective partnership nearly 30 years ago with the development of The Hampton Inn and Suites (Rock Hill, SC) in 1990.

The families collectively own and have developed additional properties to include:
