The Carstaphen and Brittain families began working together in the 1970’s. The Norman family joined the collective partnership nearly 30 years ago with the development of The Hampton Inn and Suites (Rock Hill, SC) in 1990.
The families collectively own and have developed additional properties to include:
- Hampton Inn and Suites- Rock Hill, SC (sold 2006)
- Townplace Suites - Rock Hill, SC
- Hampton Inn and Suites - Fort Mill, SC
- Home2 Suites - Greenville, SC
- Fairfield Inn and Suites - Rock Hill, SC
- Hampton Inn and Suites - Fairburn, GA (Currently under contract anticipated closing August 2019)
- Holiday Inn Express - Fayetteville, NC (anticipated opening September 2019)
- Home2 Suites - Belmont, NC (anticipated opening November 2020)
- Fairfield Inn and Suites - Statesville, NC (anticipated opening November 2020)
